There are 203 Independent Living Units at Blue Haven Village, contained in 5 separate buildings (known as Stages 1 to 5).

Units at Blue Haven range in size from single-bedroom, to two-bedroom units of various sizes, through to large three-bedroom units with two bathrooms.
Within the various unit designs, views vary from garden views to panoramic vistas of the ocean or mountains with the price of each unit being based upon its size and view.
